Rise and Shine Hatha Flow 7-8 am
A great way to wake up and move. Slow flow with some held postures. Increase your stamina and your strength. Explore the sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) of yoga in this practice. Suitable for all, with modifications available whenever needed.
Early Bird Flow 8-9 am
Get ready for your weekend with this energetic flowing practice which centres on keeping the body limber, strong, and balanced. Suitable for all (though maybe a bit difficult for some).
Hatha 9.30 – 10.30 am
A slower, grounded practice designed to help you ease into your weekend, focussing on alignment and flexibility. Suitable for all but particularly good for beginners or improvers.
